Founded in 2017, Advice2Talent began as a boutique recruitment firm in Australia, focused on onshore placements for the financial services sector. In 2018, we saw an opportunity to help businesses scale more efficiently and began offering Virtual Assistants, connecting organizations with talented professionals from the Philippines.

Over the years, our commitment to excellence has earned recognition as an award-winning recruitment agency, and in 2025, we achieved ISO 27001 certification—demonstrating our dedication to the highest standards of information security and data protection.

As demand for Virtual Assistants has grown, we’ve refined how to attract top talent by offering flexible work-from-home arrangements and fair, competitive compensation. Meet Our Founder

Raised in Melbourne with a strong emphasis on education from my mother, I was motivated early on to achieve greatness, leading me to a Bachelor of Business that aligned with my passion for people and goal achievement.

My career in recruitment began at a boutique agency, eventually progressing to the largest Australian and then the world’s largest recruitment agencies, where I honed my skills in managing large accounts, government contracts, and developing stringent recruitment processes.

My journey took a personal turn with the birth of my children, Eva and Gracie, which introduced me to the challenges of work-life balance, leading me to part-time work and involvement in my husband’s Financial Planning firm.

These experiences culminated in the founding of Advice2talent.
